RAW IN AUGUST 2009
aka "Rawgust"
A gentle adventure into fresh, whole raw foods. You do not have to commit to being 100% raw to participate! Any extent to which you wish to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouts into your diet is up to you. The month will include the following:
- Monday evening raw pot luck meals
- Two really chunky books on easy transitions to eating raw, with recipes
- Unlimited email support from Amelia
- One Gnosis raw chocolate bar per week [trust me, they're incredible]
- Optional farmers' market trips
Cost: $100 per person
(doesn't include your own food and pot luck contributions)
Initial meeting on Monday, August 3rd at 7 pm.
