I received my training to practice Holistic Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories
I am also a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago with a Master in Social Work and a Bachelor in Education from Illinois State University. For over 16 years, I have been working with individuals, couples & families, supporting and guiding them around making empowered choices and towards living a life that is both happier and healthier in Body, Mind, & Spirit.
My interest in Integrative Nutrition developed from my own personal experience with declining health, as I was eating a diet of junk food and carry out. Fortunately, a friend pointed me in the direction of a counselor who taught me the benefits of eating a diet comprised of whole and natural foods. The energy I had been loosing quickly returned, soon people were complimenting me on my skin, I shed pounds and my life started to change in a multitude of ways, for the better.
Today, I use my passion for wellness in helping others towards achieving a heathier lifestyle. Total wellness is not only eating a diet that fits for who you are, but also support in living a life that is not only confident, healthy and fulfilling, but one that is built on authenticity and integrity.

I highly recommend Alyse Rynor's Six Month Wellness Program. I received a wealth of information around making more conscious choices in my daily eating habits. Alyse is supportive, encouraging, and inspiring and leads you on a journey to "nourish your body and feed your soul.

Working with Alyse has been a priviledge! I got the kind of support I needed to make changes on SO many levels. Through her gentle suggestions and non-judgemental technique, I learned things I could not have imagined, about food, about caring for myself, about opening spaces to grow. I have not only been able to create a deeper relationship with my husband, but also beginning to be able to do the work I feel destined to do. Thank you!

I'm grateful for my heightened awareness of the value of organic foods - and as a result, the awareness of how available they are. Recently, I was anxious/excited after a business appointment, and noticed how much I wanted to make those feelings go away by stopping at White Castle - I didn't. Instead I had some of my organic vegetables as soon as I got home, and after I settled in. I made lunch for myself. I'm glad I'm learning new ways of behaving - new ways of responding to my own feelings.

Your Sugar Blues talk was very informative. It helped to increase my awareness of the damaging effects of sugar - physically and emotionally. After hearing your talk, I would tell my friends that a better diet equals a better quality of life, longer and more productive.

I found the Sugar Blues presentation to be a life changing one. It really enouraged me to stop and think about how we eat.; realizing that food makes up your whole body.
