Wellness Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in both nutrition and well-being. As your personal coach, I have studied in the areas of body, mind spirit and will help you discover an approach for creating balance in your life that works best for you.
In the area of creating nutritional balance, most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, and free of denial and discipline. I introduce new foods while unraveling some of the underlying causes that have held you back from living to your fullest potential.
Learn to make nourishing choices. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future goals for well-being.
