The Nourishing Balanced Energy Program

By learning to listen to your body’s inner wisdom, you will make better choices and sustainable, lifelong changes for your body and in your life.

Based on your individual needs, I will customize a three- or six-month program. I will support you to reach your goals. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

You will:
  • Set and accomplish goals
  • Explore new foods
  • Learn about healthy cooking and shopping
  • Develop a better relationship with food
  • Learn to feel better about your body
  • Learn about cravings and how to reduce them
  • Learn about fun physical activities and how to improve your personal relationships
  • Learn about acceptance and compassion, which I believe are vital to developing a healthy body image and creating the body and life you want and deserve
Your program will include:
  • Two, one-hour sessions per month (in person or by phone) 
  • Group teleclasses about a variety of health topics
  • Educational materials
  • A regular e-newsletter
  • Recipes
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • Email support between sessions
  • Access to a lending library of nutrition and wellness books, CDs, and DVDs
