Dr Philippa Darbre and colleagues at the University of Reading carried out tests on samples of 20 different human breast tumors.
Writing in the Journal of Applied Toxicology, they say they found traces of parabens in every sample.
Their tests suggested the chemicals had seeped into the tissue after being applied to the skin.
"This is the first study to show their accumulation in human tissues," said Dr Darbre.
"It demonstrates that if people are exposed to these chemicals (parabens), then the chemicals will accumulate in their bodies."
Parabens are in our cosmetics, deodorants, skin lotions, shampoos, conditioners, etc.
Parabens, which have been linked to cancer, were also found in mother's breast milk.
When you are able, buy products that read "paraben free!"
It is never too late to begin detoxing our bodies! :O)

What is going on with body image?! I was looking through a "women's" magazine and page after page there were advertisements for cosmetic surgery! One ad actually had the nerve to use the headline in BOLD letters: "It's Survival of the Hottest!" Excuse me?! That really made me angry! What, so if I'm not "hot" in society's eye, I'm not worth living?! Are you kidding me?! What is the message we are sending to today's women and to our young, impressionable girls who will become tomorrow's women? We're telling them they aren't good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, etc. It's disgusting.
Another advertisement had the headline, also in bold, "I love the way he looks at me now!" WHAT?! So if you didn't get cosmetic surgery, you would be ugly in his eyes?! DUMP HIM! Why would you want a man who can't love you or find you attractive because you have small breasts or you have aged, which, by the way, is supposed to happen!! Aging is a part of life!! And we are beautiful as we age...naturally!
Let me tell you this, ladies, if you can't see beauty on the inside, you won't ever see it on the outside. Beauty begins within. I don't know about you, but I want to send my future daughter a healthy message; She is beautiful and amazing as she is.
Warmth and love,
Colleen :)

Let's talk about environmental toxins; pesticides, chemicals, etc.
Did you know that a normal sperm count was once 100 million sperm per ejaculate? Do you know that 50 million sperm per ejaculate is now considered "normal"? Why?? Why is the sperm count dropping so drastically? The answer is simple; pesticides/environmental toxins. They're in our food, our water, detergents, cleaning supplies, clothing, paint, furniture, etc. They are everywhere! And they're killing us.
What will become of the human race? Will we even exist in a thousand years? How long will it take before we become extinct? Life cannot exist without sperm. If we kill off sperm, we kill the human race.
Is industrialization really as beneficial as we believe it to be? The more industrialized we become, the less trees we will have. With less trees, the less oxygen, the less clean air. Less oxygen and less clean air means more illness among living things; humans and animals. I want more trees, more oxygen, cleaner air. Don't you?
Infertility is becoming a well-known word. Why are so many couples suffering from it, especially teachers? I believe the answer is simple; the more toxins in our environment and in our bodies, the higher the rate of infertility rises. And the more stress, the lower our immune system, which means illness overpowers our bodies.
Environmental toxins/pesticides not only kill sperm, they damage sperm as well. Damaged sperm is creating life with "defects". Ever wonder why birth "defects" seem to be running rampant in our babies? Ever wonder why childhood cancer exists? What about Autism? Life is created before babies are even conceived. It all begins with an egg and a sperm. If either of those are damaged/defective in any way, our children will have "defects" as well. How can we create a healthy child when the egg and sperm were created of pesticides/hazardous chemicals? We can't.
How can we stop this? How can we save a dying race? Animals aren't the only beings that need saving. Humans need to be saved too.
What are we going to do? Please feel free to contact me with your suggestions on what can be done. :)

Now, let's talk about the link between sugar consumption and Autism...
Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt & The American Academy of Neural Therapy:
A Few Words From Dr. Klinghardt: We are currently experiencing a sharp rise in neuro-developmental disorders. Yet, in recent years, Autism, Asperger's and other related disorders on the 'spectrum' have become to a large degree treatable, especially when appropriate interventions are started early. Significant progress has been made in understanding the toxic brain injury and brain inflammation that starts the downhill cascade of events in genetically susceptible children. 'Genetic Mapping' with its subsequent targeted nutritional changes is an evolving science that is starting to provide important therapeutic pearls. What is largely overlooked so far is the devastating effect of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) on children, from household electric wiring, wireless internet, cordless phones and microwave (from cell phone network). What also does not seem to be addressed enough is the effect of mycotoxins from mold in the home and Lyme disease (often passed on from the asymptomatic mother).
Colleen says:
Did you know that to our bodies, refined sugar is a foreign, toxic substance?
Did you know that refined sugar is highly inflammatory?
If Autism, and other related disorders on that same spectrum, are defined as a toxic brain injury and brain inflammation, and sugar is both toxic and inflammatory, perhaps we could be doing more to help our children…. It is never too late…
