Group Counseling is a great way to receive support and guidance as you make changes to improve your health and happiness.  We will explore and discuss the same things as the individual program and keep each other motivated!

Offered as a three-month or six-month program, we will discuss healthy eating, wellness and self-care and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.


Your Group Program includes...

  • Two, 90-minute sessions per month
  • One individual one-hour consultations (by phone, per 3 months)
  • Constant e-mail support between sessions
  • Support from peers in a friendly environment
  • Books, handouts, food samples, self-care products and other goodies
  • A monthly newsletter
  • An online discussion group to enhance motivation and encourage connection
  • Access to a lending library of health and wellness books & DVDs
