Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of diets, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis such diets place on willpower, deprivation and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. The reality is that, unless you have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle and takes your individuality into account, it will not last. I can help you to create such a plan.

I offer several client programs, the basic program includes…
  • Two, one-hour sessions a month, by telephone or in person
  • Detailed recommendations

  • Hands-on cooking class that focuses on quick and easy meals.

  • Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long wellness nor do they bring out the body’s natural inclination toward balance. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones

    As you become more physically fit, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

    My individual programs are designed to:
    • determine what inspires your heart and stimulates your mind
    • integrate the best of your heart and mind inspirations and visions into your daily life
    • focus consciously on solutions that will assure desired outcomes
    • adapt better nutrition and healthy eating habits
    • examine career/vocation choices
    • explore relationships
    • adopt realistic daily physical exercise
    • pursue continuing education avenues for brain/mind expansion and creative expression
    • develop a spiritual practice - establish a ritual of daily meditation

    In our first consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. We will be able to see if we are a good match and if this approach will work for you. Even this first session will demonstrate how a holistic, individualized approach can make a major difference in your life.

    I also offer additional support for those clients interested in exploring ways to decrease the negative stress in their lives by incorporating technologies from the Institute of  HeartMath.
