I'mstill finding calm in my memories of Paul leading class....the softnessin his voice, the content of his expressions....fantastic!  I truly meditated for maybe the first time ever!"

"Thank you so much for the wonderful retreat, I would not change athing, not even the weather! Ok, maybe a little bit more sunshine nexttime! The food was amazing. The way you combine different tastes andtextures is absolutely incredible. I have always been curious about allthis, but did not know what to do or where to start and you have openedmy eyes to it, so thank you very much! Not only that, but your wholeattitude and bright personality made the experience that much more fun!The yoga was amazing as well. Yuval brought so many different aspectsof it into the mix, that I could never learn in a regular class. He is a wonderful teacher, and makes you feel comfortable trying new things.I have never done neither handstand nor headstand because of neck andshoulder issues, but with his help i did! And the home practice sessionwas very interesting as well. I have never practiced at home, cause ialways felt a bit lost as what to do, and Yuval and Lula brought itmore into focus, so i have started a little bit now. The restorativeclass was the perfect ending, so grounding and relaxing. And everybodyelse was incredibly kind, interesting and fun! The whole experience wasphenomenal, like a little vacation for the soul. I felt like i wasfloating around on a cloud for a couple of days after, so thank youvery much everything!"

"My retreat at Heartland was incredibly enjoyableand relaxing. The accommodations are comfy and simple - only what youneed and nothing more. This simplicity is freeing and adds to the causeof returning to the self. The schedule of activities was structuredenough to feel like you have a plan, but loose enough to not feelrushed or overwhelmed. Yoga practices were challenging and deeplyinformative and were balanced with the peaceful and meditativeactivities. Finally, the meals were of gourmet caliber. They kept melight on my feet and feeling healthy. All around, it was a completelyrefreshing experience!"

" What a wonderful diversion from our hurried Manhattan lives!  Somehow we found just the right balance of terrific food, great conversation, relaxation, exercise, and bucolic splendor. I don't think I've felt this relaxed in ages.  I'm trying to hold on to this wonderful mellow feeling as long as possible. Market vicissitudes and big city life be damned! Thank you for taking such good care of us.  It was delightful to see you in action.  Your creativity and thoughtfulness impress!"
                                                                                            - Albert T.

"Thank you!  I am so thrilled i could be part of it!  I can't stop thinking about how delicious and satisfying the food and drink were."

" I had very high expectations for my weekend at Heartland and am happy to report that they were met and exceeded! I particularly enjoyed how diverse the group was. Our yoga experience varied from beginner to expert and our culinary awareness from “super-vegan foodie” to “take-out king who never used his oven”. Theclasses were challenging andthe food was amazingly delicious. I came back home with a long list of new spices andingredients to buy and a bunch of new friends."
