Delicious Dialogues exists to empower people in practicing radical
self-expression through choices that nourish them physically and
emotionally. Many dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats,
proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods. I firmly believe that calling a food choice "bad" severely limits our ability to thrive in a healthy, joyous, delicious relationship with the options of nourishment that surround us. My approach is unapologetic and life-affirming. New habits are experimented with in terms nourishment, flexibility and self-care rather than deprivation, denial, and self-doubt.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
