In this 8-week series, you'll learn more about mindful eating and chewing, and what foods you should increase and decrease to bring the body to optimal health.

We'll talk about water, whole grains, green veggies, sweet & root vegetables, animal & vegetarian sources of protein, healthy fats, meal planning for busy schedules, foods that energize us & foods that drain us, healthy snacks, and more! It's amazing we can fit it all in!

You'll walk away from each class with greater awareness and a sense of empowerment & exciting to better nourish yourself, as well as informational materials, delicious recipes, and sample foods to try at home!

Space is quite limited in this beautifully restored older home (now a wellness center), so call sooner than later to reserve your spot!
