October 13, 2010 7:30pm:  "Fresh Feasts" Healthy Cooking Class

October's Class is called:  Fast, Family-Friendly Feasts

Everyone always asks me "What do you feed YOUR family?"  In this class I will share 10 of my family's favorite recipes, from a healthy and easy home-made pizza, to the best bean burgers, sugarless muffins and what my kids have named "Cotton Candy Smoothie".  All recipes will be vegetarianm but this time some will contain dairy and eggs (with vegan options given).  As usual, no sugar or chemical ingredients, but high in nutrition and taste!

The class lasts for 2 hours and costs 150nis.

Not only will you learn how to prepare each delicious, healthy dish, you will also receive all the recipes with detailed nutrition and calorie info.  This is healthy food that fits in perfectly with any diet program or healthy lifestyle!

And of course there will be plenty of time to eat and enjoy the food together!

This group is for adult women who are really ready to finally take charge of their health and make the changes necessary to once and for all, drop their excess weight and get healthy.  My Holistic approach to weight loss incorporates a balanced diet with room for treats to enjoy, regular exercise, elimination of limiting beliefs that are blocking your success and the transformation of fears and habits that are keeping you stuck and frustrated.
