The Great Kitchen Cleanout!
As your personal advocate for optimal health and wellness I’m excited to bring my energy and expertise, balanced with gentle encouragement, right into your kitchen. We’ll start with the foods you are currently eating and the changes you are thinking you’d like to make. Then, we’ll make them happen!
On the day of your Great Kitchen Cleanout we’ll go through cupboards, fridge, and pantry to take away the things you choose not to eat. We’ll optimize the functioning of your kitchen—through organization of remaining foods, user-friendly arrangement of kitchen tools and implements, and the creation of a space that inspires you—and make a list of things to buy—healthful, delicious ingredients and quick foods—to jump start your wellness at home.
Once we’ve whipped your kitchen into shape, I’ll leave you with recipes to help you move forward with a comfortable and exciting blend of familiar and new ingredients. I’ll also be available for additional help as you transition into your revitalized kitchen and diet. Schedule yours now!

I love to prepare and serve food. Are you ready to become more accomplished at making soups? Breads? Raw Foods? These are some of my favorites, as are smoothies, sauces, and all things vegetable. I love finding delicious, healthy ways to make meals for myself and for loved ones. Friends and clients are often able to have their first experiences with unfamiliar foods be positive ones, thanks to my love of food. I enjoy working with great ingredients to create simple recipes that are so enjoyable it's easy to forget that they're healthy, too. Would you like to learn more?
