A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourishyou other than food, including honest and open relationships, ameaningful spiritual practice, a career that inspires you, and physicalactivity that you enjoy. These elements are called Primary Food. As aHealth Counselor, I will work with you to help you find balance in bothPrimary Foods and the foods you eat on a daily basis.
