This weekend retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your practice and learn more about the restorative effects of Yoga and Yoga Nidra guided deep relaxation.  Spend a weekend practicing Kripalu Yoga, a style that cultivates compassion, awareness and openness.  Jill's classes are perfect for all levels.  You do not have to be able to touch your toes to enjoy the benefits of yoga!

Wake up to the peaceful sights and sounds of nature, enjoy a delicious organic meal, go for a group or solo hike, soak in the outdoor hot-tub, or just settle in with a cup of tea and a good book.  All yoga classes and events are optional. Do as much or as little as you like…

Dragonfly Yoga Barn is a spacious studio and retreat center in a converted 250 year -old barn in North Sandwich, New Hampshire.  Situated amongst pristine forests, rivers and mountains in a rustic yet gorgeous setting, it offers guests the perfect opportunity to leave their stress behind and emerge more balanced, restored and revitalized.

Jill Braverman, RYT

is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Yoga Nidra guide.  She has been practicing yoga for more than fifteen years and teaching in the Boston area for six.  A former professional dancer, she is also a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

 

Jill believes in a compassionate approach to yoga, both on and off the mat.  She enjoys sharing yoga’s many gifts with anyone who wants to improve their quality of life and increase their enjoyment of the present moment.  Jill has a special love for Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep.

 

Jill continues to study with many wonderful teachers and has recently expanded her offerings to include Prenatal Yoga.  She is available for private instruction, group classes and corporate workshops.
