Six-Month Programs. One-on-One Counseling.
These programs are designed to provide you with information and support in reaching your personal health goals. Through private counseling, you will discover and create a healthful lifestyle that is just right for you.
The Complete Health and Wellness Break-Through (comprehensive package with all supported materials included):
- Two 55-minute sessions each month (12 sessions in all) in person or by phone with a Certified Health Counselor that will include discussion of client progress, recommendations, and session notes*
- Detailed information binder with a full set of handouts
- One-year subscription to Everyday Food, Body & Soul or Prevention magazine
- Email coaching throughout the program
- Books, CD’s
- Food samples and self-care products at each session
- Monthly email newsletter
- Access to a lending library specializing in health and wellness material
- Invitation to group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics

You will learn how food can improve your energy and overall wellness. You will receive guidance and knowledge on how to achieve and maintain your lifestyle goals.

Group Program (minimum of two participants)
Are you looking for the opportunity to lose weight, increase your energy, improve your diet, and create balance in your life?
With the support of a Certified Health Counselor and a small group of like-minded people like yourself, you will experience a complete transformation in the quality of your health and GET RESULTS! My intention is to educate and inspire you to live your best life.
Together, we will address areas in your life that feed you and examine the aspects of your diet and lifestyle that are working and those that need to be changed for optimum health and wellness. You will discover how to shop for healthy foods and then plan and prepare nutritious meals. I will guide you through food experiments that allow you to figure out the right food plan for you.
This 3-month program includes:
- Two one-hour group sessions per month (6 sessions in all) in person with a Certified Health Counselor that will include discussions on health and nutrition topics*
- Detailed information binder with a full set of hand-outs
- Monthly email newsletter
- Recipes, actions tasks, and book recommendations

*Clients may choose to substitute one of their sessions for a health food store tour
