Where will your sessions take place?

Most of my clients love the fact that I come to their homes for private sessions.  This is wonderful because we can discuss items in their kitchen, and sometimes their spouse or children will be home and enjoy learning something new too!  Remember, healthy changes usually begin with one family member, and then over time, you have the entire family understanding more, making better choices, and feeling great....together!

Sometimes my clients enjoy meeting at a park, or at a coffee shop too.  Everyone is different, so lets find what works for you.
