As a Health Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.  Whatever your concerns are, my job is to help you find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for you and the life you desire.  When diet changes, everything changes.

My goal is to inspire and educate you as you transition your diet and grow beyond old eating patterns, and support you as you make simple but powerful lifestyle adjustments.  I work with you to develop a step-by-step plan to realize dramatically improved health, greater enjoyment from eating, and the confidence that comes from knowing how.
