I am certified as a Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and from Columbia University Teacher's College.  I received my training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I am certified as an Energy Medicine Practioner (EMP).  I received my training as an EMP through a 4 year certification program at the Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences (IHAS) in Bloomfield, CT.

I completed my Reiki Master certification in August of 2007 under the direction of Hillary Filardi-Gauvreau who is a BBSH graduate and instructor.
