Your Wellness Program
In our sessions, we create a food & nutrition plan, an exercise plan, and a life plan. Together, we embark on a journey to explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. The end result will be a program that radically improves your health and happiness. I find that many people know what they should be doing for their personal health, they just need that extra push to get there. My goals are to encourage you, support you, teach you, and guide you... but know that only you can make yourself healthy.

Food changes everything. As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day. Also know that living healthy is not only about the food you eat. A healthy lifestyle also includes other dimensions... what I call your primary food - your career, relationships, fitness, and spirituality. Sometimes these components impact your health even more than the food you put in your mouth.
