Testimonials from a Winter Wellness Participants:

The Women's Wellness Ritual was a wonderful experience for me.  Linda gave us great, practical advice on a variety of topics related to health and nutrition.  We learned something interesting in every class.  Linda is so knowledgeable and practical, I really enjoyed working with her.  Being in class with other women made the experience even more powerful.  It was fun to hear different points for view and bond over shared experiences.  I looked forward to going to each class and always felt better when I left.  I have been able to implement so many of the things I learned in the classes and they have benefited both my family and me.

  -Virginia Murphy, Potomac MD

Linda's 'Women's Wellness Ritual" was perhaps one of the most interesting and best informed program on the subject of health and wellness that I've attended.  The classes were fun, informative, and the food was delicious. I feel a lot more confident in the choices of food I am eating.  I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in becoming healthier.
                                                                         - Terry Willard, Bethesda MD

"The program was great! and so motivating.  I feel much more in control of my health now.  My energy has increased, my sleep is better, I'm cooking more often and making better choices for my kids. I also loved getting the new food and product ideas.  Thank you!"
