Individual Wellness: personalized programs for men, women, and children. Be supported to make step-by-step improvements to your diet and lifestyle. (Available over the phone and email.)


Couples/Families Wellness: customized programs for couples, families, roommates, and friends who cook together. With a supportive partner, clients are highly successful! (Available over the phone and email.)

Group Wellness: add group support and camaraderie to the holistic and gradual lifestyle change process, and at a lower price. You and your friends or colleagues incorporate nourishing whole foods and guilt-less self care into your daily rhythm together. I will facilitate your group in your home, at your office or even over the phone.

Organizational Wellness: staff wellness programs designed to positively impact employee productivity, absenteeism, health costs, and morale. Support your work team by encouraging their health, happiness, and productivity. (Available over the phone.)

Workshops and Cooking Classes: interactive meetings that inspire participants to lead happier, healthier lives. Host one for your friends or coworkers at your home, office, church, or social group. Check out my upcoming workshops and events here.


Your First Step

The first step is a complimentary, 50-minute break through session: an opportunity to discuss the connections between your way of eating, your lifestyle, your health concerns and your goals.  Together, we will begin to develop a personalized plan of action for you to seriously upgrade the nourishment in your life.  I will share how you can discover your unique way of eating and living that will energize you and your body's self-healing system.  After getting acquainted, if we are a good match, I would be honored to support you further in one of my health counseling programs.

This is my signature nutrition and lifestyle 6-month program which allows you to personalize the pace and the curriculum to meet your unique needs.  As a unique individual with unique biochemistry and life desires—there is only one sustainable and health dietary approach: your own!  The focus is powerful individualized nutrition: the foundation of your fabulous new life.  We bolster each food group, one at a time, (including ones you my have never even heard of!) supporting you to integrate the highest quality foods in a time-efficient, cost-effective and delicious way.  A metabolic typing test and experiment helps us short cut the process and prioritize the most critical nutrients and food groups for your metabolic type.  Along the way, you will take powerful steps forward in relationship, career, fitness, and hobbies.
