Class/Event Schedule 2010

**NEW** Health Counseling Group Sessions, Starting February
It takes at least three weeks to begin to change the neural pathways that are created around habits. It takes at least three months to incorporate a new routine so that it becomes a good habit.

Are you interested in learning the latest information on how to get and stay healthy. Cultivate Health LLC now offers a group counseling program. Over six months, you will participate in twelve-sessions to work on personal goals and learn new ways that you can help yourself be healthier.

The group is designed to help everyone find ways of incorporating healthier lifestyle and food choices into their daily routines.

Each time we meet, you receive handouts and items appropriate to our discussion. This could be food items, recipes, books, or other tools to help you understand your unique body needs and figure out what lifestyle choices are best for you.
