TIPS for 2009.....
start your day off with drinking a glass of water when you wake up in the morning.
chew your food
pamper youself at least once every 3 months (pedicure, massage, reflexology)
watch those portions (use a smaller plate!)
cleansings/detox are good for the body (be sure to see me before starting one)
assess your health (start keeping a journal)
