HANDFUL OF SPINACH AND KALE
1 BEET
2 STALKS OF CELERY
1 APPLE
PUSH THROUGH JUICIER AND DRINK UP

Recipe for almond milk
3 tbs of organic almond
1 cup of water
1 tsp of agave or honey (optional)
soak almonds overnight in water to cover. stain and discard water. take skin off almonds by rubbing between fingers. place in blender add water. add sweetener and blend until smooth at high speed. strain and drink!

Raspberry Summer Smoothie
Handful
of raspberries
Handful
of muesli (can also substitute rolled oats, oat bran, flax seed)
3 ½ oz
yogurt
Optional
a dash of honey or agave
Place all ingredients in blender and mix
until smooth, serve right away. This recipe serveks 1 ________________________________________________________________________

½ green melon
2 stalks of celery
Small piece of ginger
Push all ingredients through blender, stir
and drink

starts way before you feel those aches and pain, before you decide to get that mammography or biopsy, it starts with the following....
start your day off with drinking a glass of water when you wake up in the morning.
chew your food
find and exercise that you will enjoy and engage in regularly
take classes in the community to enhance your knowledge on nutrition
take it one step at a time so the new things you incorporate into your life are long lasting....
pamper yourself at least once every 3 months (pedicure, massage, reflexology)
watch those portions (use a smaller plate!)
cleansing/detox are good for the body (be sure to see me before starting one)
assess your health (start keeping a journal)
If you are constipated make an appointment everyday to go to the bathroom. elevate your knees.
Make sure your body is getting the rest it needs every night especially with this N1H1 issue. Keep that immune system strong and rested.
