Holistic Weight-Loss Coach: My background working as a dance and fitness instructor for over 11 years, along with the BS in Psychology that I earned from Old Dominion University, provide evidence that I love working with people and helping them enhance their lives! I am an alumnus of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)- the only nutrition school integrating all the contemporary dietary theories. As an IIN graduate, I am fully certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) to provide quality Holistic Weight-Loss Coaching to YOU! I am always continuing my education- attending conferences and workshops around the country, to share with you the most current findings in the fields of Health and Weight-Loss Science.
Pilates, Yoga and Fitness: I earned my Pilates certification through the acclaimed Balanced Body University. I am a certified and registered Vinyasa yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. I believe that the stability and strength building aspects of the Pilates method meld with the soothing and calming flow of the yoga practice perfectly to provide the ultimate mind/body workout. Benefits: The Pilates, Yoga and Fitness workouts that I provide are designed to release excess weight and yield a toned and sculpted physique on the outside. But these methods move beyond the physical body- expect stress reduction, a greater ability to concentrate and focus, increased lung capacity, better sleep, and so much more!
Master Trainer: I also train other trainers! My most
recent Master Trainer Credit was my development of the OpenBarre

The Principles Behind the Pilates Method:
Breath, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Balanced Muscle Development, Rhythm/Flow, Whole Body Movement, Relaxation. When put to work properly within the Pilates Repertoire the benefits one can experience from the Pilates Method are beyond measure.
The Benefits of practicing the Pilates Method:
To name a few- toned and balanced musculature, weight loss, increased strength and endurance, increased lung capacity, stress reduction, greater focus, speedier rehabilitation from injury and tramua, improved posture, aid in relief from depression and insomnia in some cases, increased flexibility, greater love life in some cases, and increased coordination and improved movement patterns.
