PRIVATES and SEMI-PRIVATES


I teach private and semi-private sessions at several studios in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I also teach clients in their home and/or office. These sessions can be strictly Pilates or Yoga or we can incorporate one or both styles into an upbeat, full-body fitness session. In addition to privates, you can schedule a party or small group class with me at your home or office!

I met with Nityda Coleman for private yoga lessons three times a week before work at 6:30 a.m. I can    honestly say that after six months of working with Nityda, I noticed dramatic transformations in my body    and my life. I got in the best shape I’ve ever been in and now have a lot more energy thanks to yoga! I    never knew that yoga could change my body as it has.

THE CLASSES:


Yolates and Piloga- two names, one consciousness

These dynamic and invigorating fusion classes are a contemporary blend of the Pilates method, Vinyasa flow yoga and strength and endurance training. Yolates and Piloga build core and total body strength, while promoting a lean, toned and sculpted physique. In these classes, we invoke the mind-body connection to increase flexibility inside and out. You will leave feeling worked, yet relaxed and calmed. 

After a month of taking Yolates I have noticed a tremendous change in my flexibility and stamina. Nityda    pays extra attention to my specific injury needs. I feel challenged and energized throughout, yet calmed by     the end of the class.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa is a physically invigorating form of the practice in which we ride the wave of our breath and move through the postures with fluidity and grace. Practitioners have described my Vinyasa classes as "playful, creative, challenging and calming." The Express classes are a little more fast-paced and the Basics classes are suitable for beginners with little or no experience.


Nityda is a wonderful yoga teacher. She was so accommodating in covering exactly what I wanted to work    on. She has a very kind and playful manner of teaching, I felt no pressure whatsoever and she really puts    you at ease. As someone who has quite the opposite of the stereotypical "yoga body", I felt completely    comfortable working with her, and she was able to show me many modifications and in-between steps for    poses I was having trouble with.
