Primary Personal Services:
I work for nationally recognized professionals and leaders in the performing arts, business and arts.
I work with people for 3 to 5 days at a time, concentrating on making effective and lasting change. We continue to work together over the phone for support with integration.
My rates start at $1,500 a day and go up based on travel and level of service.
Additionally, I offer the following a la carte services:
Life Coaching:
We work together to align inner aspects of self to give you more power and efficacy int he world. Creating resourceful states of being. Quickly and effectively work with difficult emotions. Invigorate your enthusiasm and tonify your life vision. Exceptional results in the area of career, men's issues, personal effectiveness and productivity.
$150 / hour
Health Counseling:
Health Counseling provides an education in total health. We cover
nutrition, exercise, breath, relationships, career and spiritual
practice. We typically work for 6 to 12 months to slowly but steadily make profound changes in your life.
$150 / hour
Metabolic Typing:
In this 6 week program, we develop a customized nutrition program. By testing your Metabolic Type
you gain insights into what works best for you. This program is
remarkably comprehensive, perfect for creating detailed, accessible
diet plans.
$600 / 6 week program

help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for the life
you desire.
A true holistic approach to life incorporates
things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest
and open relationships, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, a
career that inspires you, and physical activity that makes you want to
move and feed your soul and your hunger for living. I call these
things Primary Food and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find balance in all of these areas.
