We all know that kids will mirror our language, behaviors and act out when pushed into something they don’t want to do. That’s why we have to start with you, mommy-in-charge.
By teaching you the tools, techniques and strategies that make your own life healthier, more fun and integrated to your own values and goals, your family’s health will naturally improve without the deprivation, struggle and the bribing traditionally found around the dinner table.

A true integrated approach to family health naturally incorporates food, nutrition and cooking. Yet it must also address motherhood and life fulfillment. Basically what nourishes you beyond what comes on your plate. Things like honest relationships, having fun and connecting with your husband, friendships with your girlfriends, getting hugs from your kids, downtime, a spiritual practice that feeds your soul, work that suits you well and physical activity that makes you want to move your body.
The bottom line: If you are healthy, happy and centered, then your children and marriage will reflect this as well.
