In this workshop I will review the vital energies of the chakra system and teach you the
empowering practice of Chakra Tai Chi. I will also offer an
introduction to Process Acupressure, explain
how it is unique from acupuncture and other forms of acupressure, and give you basic self-care techniques to use at home.
Chakra Tai Chi is an easy to perform self-care practice that allows you
to experience the energy of your own chakras through movement. It is a
wonderful tool for balancing the chakras, releasing energetic
blockages, centering or grounding yourself, and empowering your own
personal growth or healing process. The movements are simple and
require no special athletic ability or extensive time commitment.
Chakra Tai Chi offers you a way achieve a deeper awareness and
understanding of your own energy system and to take a more active role
in your own health and healing.
Chakra Tai Chi was developed
out of Process Acupressure, a hands-on form of bodywork
in which specific acupoint combinations are held with a special style
of touch that connects both the structure and energy of the body at
once, to address many chronic or acute health conditions. This is a
"whole-being" modality that facilitates awareness in the body, mind,
emotions, and spirit.
