I am a Registered Nurse who received my training and worked in major medical centers in Washington, D.C. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, affiliated with Columbia University, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I am certified to teach Blood Type Diet Nutrition, a Fellow of the Institute for Human Individuality (IfHI), a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), an Advanced Reiki Practitioner of Usui Shiki Ryoho by Elaine Abrams and Nana Deleplanque and certified in Advanced DNA ThetaHealing.
Nurture's Path is a holistic private practice in Nacogdoches,Texas, providing Nutrition, Reiki,ThetaHealing and Meditation. Assorted supplements and products to support healthful living are available in the office.
I founded and directed Nurture's Path Healing Arts, a holistic multi-specialty wellness center in New York City, which closed after 5 years following my move to Texas where I have opened a private practice for Nutrition, Reiki, ThetaHealing and Meditation called Nurture's Path.
