Testimonials

June has been helpful and supportive in helping me to better understand my nutritional needs. I loved our conversations about food and what my goals were for the future. June helped me to see why I may have food cravings for salt and sugar and how to satisfy those cravings with really good wholesome food. We created an individualized plan to help me reach my goals not just with food but also in other areas of my life. When working with June I felt like I was getting a great three for one deal, an awesome nutritional counselor, life coach and a friend

After completing my nutritional program with June, my low blood sugar issues were resolved. I had no idea that adding more complete proteins to my diet and adding whole grains would alleviate this problem. I have also learned to cook more effectively (cook once, eat twice), and have learned about a whole new world of vegetarian cooking. Besides all of this, I have had the opportunity to gain new resources, recipes and make positive changes to my health habits. June, thank you so much for your support in meeting my nutritional goals.

Sincerely,

Jodi: Princeton, MA.

I had the pleasure of working with June House for nutritional advice. I met for 6 months with her and she explained the importance of eating healthy and introducted many new foods to me. The importance of eating fresh and unprocessed foods was pointed out and has changed my way of eating for the better.

A very important point I learned was how to organize my meals with my busy schedule. She made me realize I needed to take time for myself and eat throughout the day instead of one or two meals a day.

June also discussed the importance of getting rid of stress and I have added Yoga to my life.

Her freindly, caring and sincere way helped me reorganize my eating and living habits for the better. As a result I have more engery, no more achy joints, less stress, and a leaner body. It was a very pleasant and enlightening experience

Sincerely,

Mary P Wanamaker

"I first met with June House earlier this Spring, wanting to learn about what the foods I was eating did for me and to me. Six months later I not only gained useful information regarding my diet, I also learned a great deal about myself. June not only shared her knowledge about nutrition, she also taught how to become more aware of my thoughts and feelings. June's insight aided me in improving my physical and my emotional health. I look forward to continuing to working with June in the near future."

Thank you June for everything. Peace and love to you.

Mike

"My goal for seeing a nutritionist was to address my ever-increasing blood pressure. I was seeking an alternative to medications and a natural remedy through an appropriate diet. After first meeting with June I knew that she had the talent I needed to seek a life-style change. During the six months course I was able to reach an understanding with my body, its needs and wants, and to compensate for years of mistreatment. After completion of the course I can say that I have successfully reduced my blood pressure to normal levels. But the best part of working with June was learning all the new foods and recipes that have contributed to my success. I feel I will continue this successful path for years to come, if not a lifetime."

"I have truly enjoyed my sessions with June. I have learned so many things that are helping me keep my family healthier. June has provided me with outstanding recipes, books, CD’s and so many useful handouts. Thanks to June I have successfully "gone green" at home with my cleaning and personal care products. No matter what my questions and interests are, June is always full of useful and practical information I can easily use. I can't believe I even eat seaweed now! In a world filled with so much confusing and conflicting information, it has been so refreshing to have June to help sift through it all and get down to just the plain truth! I can't say enough about how valuable my time with June has been. I will continue to see June monthly so I can continue learning. I would highly recommend June to anyone wanting to live the best life they can!"  Thanks June!
