Health Counseling is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition.  As a Health Counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you to discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

If your personal goals include detox cleanses I can offer a hydro therapy colonic session.  These sessions are one hour in length in a dimly lit warm room with the sounds of flowing water and soft music.  The system used is self insertion "open" Libby.  I create a very private setting. 
It has been difficult for people to regain their digestive system's health because of the lack of hydro colonic facilities.  Now I can offer a person  the opportunity to do liver, gallbladder, kidney and parasite cleanses naturally in their home and then utilize my colonic sytem to flush out the toxins created.  It is vitally important not to do cleanses without flushing the colon before and after.
