HYDRO THERAPY COLONIC
Colon Hydrotherapy is relaxing and clean.   UV and charcoal filtered temperature- controlled water is gently circulated through the colon.  This helps the body to yield digested toxins and waste that may have built up.
Have you ever ate junk food, fatty food, sodas, caffeine, and chemically treated, colored, processed foods?
Have you ever felt upset, irritated, depressed, confused or just out of it most of the time?
Our colon holds an accumulation of plaque and toxins which can disable our  system. When what we eat does not pass through us in 18-22 hours, the toxins will pass through the colon wall and re-enter the blood stream that lies next to the colon.  They have to pass back through the liver which puts extra work on it to filter the toxins again.
Try eating beets and see how soon they pass through you. They should pass in 18-22 hours with a soft stool. The general holistic health rule is you should poop the same about of times that you ate the previous day.  The belief that it is normal to go once every three days is not a healthy concept.
Lois can help you with liver, gall bladder, kidney, parasite, and colon cleanses. During these cleanses it is essential to clear the colon before and after. Before helps with a better cleanse and after ensures the removal of the toxins left in the colon.
At Healing Waters you will be made comfortable in a dimly lit, warm room, comfortably reclined, listening to the sounds of flowing water and soothing music.
You are very private and the process is self insertion using a tube the size of a pea.
This tube remains in you about 2 inches through the whole process. The water flows in and you excrete out. It is not painful.  
Lois can remain with you or check on you periodically - it's your choice.
For those that want to try it with a partner or friend, we have a comfortable waiting room with a library, rebounding equipment and a massage table for stretching, pilates or relaxing.
Each session is an hour and the cost is $50.00 per session or 6 sessions for $250 is paid in advance.
REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "universal life energy".  It is pronounced 'Ray Key'. 
Reiki is a system of natural healing for the body, mind and spirit.  It is based on the principle that there is "universal energy" around us and within us that can be channedled by practioners.
The Reiki practioner acts as a conduit for life energy to flow through into a person. 
Ki is an electrical type of energy that creates the body and determines our state of health.  In India this same energy is known as Prana.  Raach in Hebrew, Chi in China and the Iroquois call it Orenda.
A Reiki treatment is totally safe and non-invasive and can be used with other therapies.  No physical manipulation is used.  It can stimulate the body's own natural healing in the following ways:
    MENTAL: Eases stress and depression.
    PHYSICAL: Releaves aches and pains.
    EMOTIONAL: Promotes personal development.
    SPIRITUAL: Brings peace and spiritual growth.
Lois first used Reiki when it was offered to her by a friend after her cancer diagnosis.
After feeling the results, Lois made the decision to study and be attuned in Reiki I so she could do it herself when and where she wanted. She did full body and specific area treatments everyday through her cancer treatment.  It helped her relieve pain from intense itching, indigestion, headaches and balance and calm her.

FAR INFRARED SAUNA
