I just spent a week on the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica, which is recognized as one of the 4 places in the world where people live the longest. The place is amazing, with beautiful beaches, sunsets, very very quiet and still, a  magical place to unplug from your day-to-day.

My week was definitely one of the best ever and life-changing. I'm so excited about this land (and sea - Pacific Ocean), as I now plan to purchase land and live down there part of the year and host retreats to share this incredible experiential place with others.

I'm going back to Nosara to finalize our retreat house location and to fine-tune all of the details to make the 2009 retreats outstanding.

One of our first retreats is a special yoga & food retreat with Kat & Matt Myers.
