NOTE FROM MARIANNE BRIDGEMAN

Hello Beautiful People,

How is everyone? Thank you so much for everyone's support! With Healthy Inner Beauty moving to California this May there have been delays in the podcast episodes and I do apologize for that. As we all know things happen and you have to deal with each obstacle that comes your way. Although there have been obstacles I am looking forward to being back in California in the wonderful weather, with all the organic and local grown produce, closer to family and friends and so much more. It truly has been a blessed year. Again thank you to everyone's continuous support.

I did want to address something here that was not addressed below. Everyone always assumes that I have been healthy all my life when they meet me, but that is not so. I was a non-vegetable eating child that ate a lot of Oreos, Pop Tarts, Ice Cream and so much more. Could you imagine? I was a heavy McDonalds eater as well. I was extremely moody and stubborn when I was young. I really do apologize to my mother for that one. It is not her fault as she tried to feed me vegetables, but I refused and she had no idea that all those sugary treats could result in my fowl mood. I was horrible! It's funny because when I started on my new journey several years ago my mom was so amazed at how my mood and attitude on life changed. I'm amazed myself and so thankful. Who would have thought food could affect my mood?!! So my mom also embarked on this journey and she has noticed several mood and attitude changes herself. AMAZING!

Don't get me wrong I have always been nice, but when those sugary treats came into my system look out ;) Well, I appreciate your time and please continue to spread the word about Healthy Inner Beauty. What you can experience working with me is so life changing! Can one conversation change your life? Who knows until you schedule your appointment with me! Accepting new clients come June.

With much care,

Marianne Bridgeman

LEARN MORE ABOUT THE FOUNDER AND HER JOURNEY

In 2003, Marianne Bridgeman moved to the big city for a career in the fashion and jewelry industry. At first, the lightening-fast pace, intensity and high pressure were all a part of the glamour. After a while, that same glamour became downright grueling.

It meant never having a second to breathe. Working 12 to 14 hour days. Having the kind of mood swings usually reserved for 1 week a month. On an endless cycle of colds, flues and what seemed like every other possible ailment, Marianne was beyond tired and stressed. Pimples and eczema (that she hadn’t seen since she was a teenager) were now a constant struggle. It seemed that she didn’t have time for herself, let alone her fiancé.

With only 10 months to go until her wedding day, Marianne realized that if she didn’t make a change, both she and her marriage would end up in an unhappy and unhealthy place. She believed that in spite of these stresses, she could find the way to a happy, balanced life. Evaluating every aspect of her life – from food to exercise to personal relationships, and beyond – she discovered simple ways to make positive changes in her life. Marianne ate different foods. She dealt with stresses differently, and identified ways to lift her spirits. When she made these changes, her moods balanced, her pimples and eczema disappeared and she felt calm and at peace. Her relationship with her mother improved. Her energy was higher, and her sex drive was stronger… Consequently, her fiancé was happier too.

Marianne was able to achieve a happy, healthy balance and began to enjoy her life. She knew the profound impact that this would continue to have on the lives of both her and her soon-to-be husband (now husband), as well as any additions they’d make to the family in the future.
In this, Marianne realized that she wasn’t alone and that others were feeling the same stresses and pressures. She decided to combine her personal passion with the credentials to help others achieve the harmony and satisfaction that she had.

Marianne is now a Holistic Health Coach, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* and accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also a Natural Food Chef, a graduate of the Natural Kitchen Cooking School in New York. She helps others to identify their path to “healthy inner beauty,” as she continues on her own.

*The Institute of Integrative Nutrition is the only nutrition school that studies integrates each of the different dietary theories, including traditional philosophies in combination with modern concepts, such as the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. She studied with leading wellness educators, including David Katz, Mark Hyman, John Douillard, Barry Sears, Mehmet Oz, Sally Fallon, David Wolfe, and Deepak Chopra, among others.
