Your In Person Six-Month Program includes...

  • Two, one-hour sessions per month  (12 in all)
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts, recipes and apropos nutrition and wellness materials
  • Food samples and self-care products
  • A Natural Food Store Tour (you may bring a guest)
  • One Co-Cook in your own kitchen


Phone and three month program content varies somewhat from the above.
