I founded Vibrant Living NYC in 2006 with a mission to help busy New Yorkers in demanding careers bring more balance to their lives.

My philosophy is that when we are in balance we are more likely to enjoy optimum health, perform at our best and lead fulfilling lives. My holistic approach encompasses healthy diet, stress management, loving relationships, positive self-image, purposeful work, and joyful physical activity.

In our sessions, I will help you explore and set goals relating to all these areas.  As a Health Counselor, I am your advocate for living an energized and passionate life.

My approach requires you to closely examine your life and your habitual ways of taking care of yourself — not only during our sessions, but during the time between sessions as well. Not everyone is well suited to this level of self-examination or wishes to take the time necessary to create lasting change.
