I offer cooking classes in a group setting, and also conduct individual cooking demonstrations. Every class includes a tasting and recipes to take home.


Individual sessions, which we can schedule at the time of the class if you like, include handouts, articles, recipes, and other giveaways like fun food samples, personal care products, and other materials.
