Before becoming a Health & lifestyle Coach and Healer I was a professional singer and dancer. My journey to becoming who I am today began at the age of 26 when I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).  By the age of 27, the SLE had consume my body; I became over weight due to all the medications, frail, and unable to live a normal life. 

In 2003 the SLE almost took my life by attacking my heart and causing me to have heart surgery and getting a stent implanted in a major artery.  Enough was enough, I was not going to let SLE destroy my dreams and take my life.  I began to look for integrative ways to control my illness. "I was desperate and just wanted my health back".  I began to alter my diet to more wholesome, organic foods and using natural alternative methods of healing such as Reiki, Magnified Healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, crystals, herbs, prayer, faith, Law of Attraction, becoming in tune with my spirituality, and natural supplements and exercise that promoted my health and transformed my life and eventually led to a change in my profession. 

I am now a Health & lifestyle Coach, Certified Reiki Master and a Master Teacher Magnified Healer.  I inspire my clients with my own experiences and help them on their journey to good health, healing and wellness.  I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is affiliated with Columbia University.  The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods, personal growth and development.  I'm certified by Columbia University and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I'm a certified Master in the Usui Reiki healing system and a Magnified Healing Master and Teacher.  I'm in the process of becoming a Certified Herbalist and Hypnotherapist.

The Integrative methods I offer are: Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching, nutrition, weight control and management, Reiki healing, Magnified Healing, Law of Attraction, building self-esteem, personal growth and development, life coaching, meditation, creative visualization, positive thinking and affirmations, grounding and centering, relaxation techniques and workshops.

Who is Kwan yin?

Kwan Yin is known as the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion.  She is in charge of directing the healing activity to mankind and the Earth. She is grateful to
be called to for her assistance. Her services to mankind are Mercy and Healing, as these two services go together.  Mercy means there is more assistance given through love than merit earned.

Fourteen thousand years ago, Kwan Yin was Chohan of the Seventh Ray for a 2000-year cycle, and remained as Chohan until Saint Germain took over in 1954. Her flower and electronic pattern are the five-petaled lotus.
